Kinda. Turns out the dragon shape was just because that's what I expected it to take, but I can make it form just about anything.
It can carry anything that is light enough to float in the bubble, and it can push stuff with quite a bit of force if I focus well enough. No luck on projectiles.
[ The orange soda blob encloses the pen in its body and, once Rita lets go of it, places it perfectly center of its 'body'. Then it makes the pen spin in there. Just for fun. ]
